Customer Forecast Dashboard Overview
Navigate to Sales → Customer Forecast Dashboard.
Use the Select Period dropdown to filter by This Month, Last Month, This Year, a specific year, or a custom date range. The entire dashboard — KPIs, charts, and tables — refreshes instantly on selection.
KPI Cards — Revenue, Orders & Quantity at a Glance
The top section displays key metrics in colour-coded cards:
- Total Revenue — Sum of revenue from all confirmed sale orders in the selected period.
- Total Orders — Count of confirmed sale orders.
- Total Qty Sold — Total units sold across all order lines.
- Avg Order Value — Total revenue divided by number of orders for the period.
Revenue Forecast Chart — Monthly & Weekly Toggle
A smooth wavy line chart plotting actual revenue for past periods alongside a 3-period forward forecast with upper and lower confidence bands. Toggle between Monthly and Weekly granularity with a single button click. Hover over any data point to see exact revenue and forecast values in a tooltip.
Product Demand Analysis Table
A detailed table listing all products with their automatically assigned Demand Label — High Demand, Growing, Stable, or Declining — based on historical sales velocity. Each row also shows Forecast Quantity, Forecast Revenue, and a trend direction indicator, helping procurement and sales teams prioritise stock and production planning.
Customer Insights Table
Top customers ranked by Total Revenue and Order Count for the selected period. Each row includes a trend indicator showing whether the customer is growing or declining compared to the previous period — enabling targeted retention, upselling, and account management strategies.
Forecast Accuracy Report
A side-by-side comparison of Forecasted vs Actual sales values per period, with an accuracy percentage shown for each row. This report helps planners measure prediction quality over time and continuously improve their demand forecasting process.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

No, you do not need to install any extra libraries. The module only depends on standard Odoo modules: sale, web, and sale_management.
The dashboard reads data from confirmed sale orders. If you have no confirmed orders yet, enable Demo Data during installation — the module ships with ready-to-use demo sale orders so the dashboard is populated immediately.
This module is built and tested for Odoo 17. It uses the OWL component framework available from Odoo 16 onwards.
