Fonema service with Odoo
Servicio de Fonema con Odoo
With the integration of Fonema in Odoo you will be able to:
- View contact name on incoming calls.
- Access Odoo contact during a call.
- Keep a record of the contact's incoming and outgoing calls.
- Call your contacts directly from Odoo (ClickToCall).
To use this module, you need an account with Monema.

Con la integración de Fonema en Odoo podrá:
- Ver el nombre del contacto en las llamadas entrantes.
- Acceder al contacto de Odoo durante una llamada.
- Mantener un registro de las llamadas entrantes y salientes del contacto.
- Llamar directamente a sus contactos desde Odoo (ClickToCall).

What are the advantages of Fonema integration with Odoo?
¿Cuáles son las ventajas de la integración de Fonema con Odoo?
✓ Caller ID / ID de llamada
By activating the integration with Odoo, every time you receive a call the caller's phone number will be searched among the Odoo contacts.
If you receive an incoming call on your computer with softphone, physical IP phone or in the Fonema application (via notifications), you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
Al activar la integración con Odoo, cada vez que reciba una llamada, se buscará el número de teléfono de la persona que llama entre los contactos de Odoo.
Si recibe una llamada entrante en su computadora con softphone, teléfono IP físico o en la aplicación de Fonema (mediante notificaciones), podrá ver el nombre del contacto asociado.
✓ Call log / Registro de llamadas
Each call you make or receive will be registered in your virtual PBX associated with the contact name of your Odoo client.
In addition, if you have decided to activate call recording, you will also be able to listen or download the audio of the call.
Cada llamada que haga o reciba quedará registrada en un su centralita asociada al nombre de contacto de su cliente de Odoo.
Además, si ha decido activar la grabación de llamadas también podrá escuchar o descargar el audio de la llamada.
You will be able to view the call log from the chatter of the Odoo contact (contact history).
Podrá ver el registro de llamadas desde el chatter del contacto de Odoo (historial de contacto).
✓ Access to contact / Acceso a la ficha del contacto
If you have the Fonema extension installed in Chrome, you will be able to access the Odoo contact as soon as you receive an incoming call from the contact or if you make a call to him/her.
Si tiene instalada la extensión de Fonema en Chrome, podrá acceder al contacto de Odoo tan pronto como reciba una llamada entrante del contacto o si realiza una llamada.

Call your contacts directly from Odoo using the ClickToCall functionality.
For this you need to have the Fonema extension installed and configured in Chrome.
