Upload & attach files to any Odoo record — saved on your Google Drive, not in your database.
IN SHORT: This app adds a “Drive Documents” tab to any Odoo form you choose (Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Projects, Employees, your own custom models). Your team drags in files or snaps a photo on mobile, and the files upload straight to your company Google Drive in neatly organized folders — keeping your Odoo database small and fast. One-click install, no extra Python libraries, no per-user Google consent screens. Works on Odoo 12 to 19 (Community, Enterprise, Odoo.sh).

Why service-account authentication?
Most Drive connectors force every user through a Google OAuth consent flow — a support nightmare. This app uses one service account for the whole company: create it once in Google Cloud (about 5 minutes, step-by-step guide included), paste the JSON key in Settings, press Test Connection. Every user then uploads instantly with no personal Google login.
Setup in 3 steps
- In Google Cloud Console: create a project, enable the Google Drive API, create a Service Account, download its JSON key.
- In Odoo Settings → Google Drive Documents Pro: paste the key and press Test Connection.
- Select the models where you want the Documents tab. Done.
