Group Deliveries into One Invoice
Select several customer deliveries and invoice them together — one consolidated invoice, neatly grouped by delivery section.
Stop invoicing deliveries one by one
When a customer receives many deliveries over a week or a month, billing each transfer separately is slow and clutters their statement. This app lets you pick all the deliveries to invoice, merge them into a single customer invoice, and keep each delivery as its own clearly labelled section.
Key features
📦 Consolidate by CustomerGroup every selected delivery of a customer into a single invoice — or keep one invoice per delivery. Your choice, per run. |
🧾 Grouped by Delivery SectionEach delivery becomes its own section header on the invoice, with its product lines underneath — crystal clear for your customer. |
🔍 Search Deliveries to InvoiceA dedicated screen to find deliveries to invoice by customer, delivery date and company — then bill them in one click. |
✏️ Edit Before You ConfirmAdd or remove deliveries on the draft invoice and rebuild its lines before posting. Nothing is locked in until you confirm. |
🔗 Two-Way NavigationJump from a delivery to its invoice(s) and back again with smart buttons on both screens. |
✅ Clear Invoice StatusEvery delivery is flagged To Invoice or Invoiced automatically, so nothing is billed twice or forgotten. |
How it works
