Hold Delivery Order Until Invoice is Paid
Eezee-It
- Delivery Order will be in "Waiting For Payment" status if the invoice is not fully paid
- This only works if "Invoicing Policy" in the product is "Ordered Quantities"
Flow
Set the "Invoicing Policy" in the product as "Ordered Quantities"
Once the Quotation is confirmed, the Delivery Order will wait for the invoice payment and it will be in the "Waiting For Payment" status.
You can forcefully skip the payment checking process by clicking on the "Check Availability (No Payment Check)" button.
As soon as the invoice is fully paid, the Delivery Order will status will move from "Waiting For Payment" to "Ready".
