How It Works
To hide All attributes under specific attribute categories in website go to website - customize - Activate product's attribute filters option..
After Activation of product attributes filter you can see product attribute's Category by filter in website shop.
To Hide any attribute Category Go to Website - Configuration - Attribute Categories.
Click on Hide option to hide all attributes under Specific Attribute category.
Here you can see that attribute category is Invisible/Hide
