Create product Warranty with serial number, claim Warranty and renewal Warranty, product Warranty register, product Warranty claim, Warranty Maintenance, product Maintenance, product service warranty Maintenance, service warranty serial number Registration.

How It Works

Add Access rights of user to Manager/User for Warranty.


Product Configuration

Configure the Product with Under Warranty Checkbox. Configure Allow Renewal Checkbox if you allow renewal of the warranty for the product. A product can have multiple Variants and Warranty Information will be automatically configured for Variants.


Configuration

Go to Product warranty -> configuration -> warranty -> warranty Team and here create warranty teams.


Go to Product warranty -> configuration -> warranty -> warranty Tags and here create warranty tags.


Warranty Registration - Free

In this form Register Warranty with Customer, Product and Serial No. Choose Warranty Type Free for paid Warranty. After Registration Click Confirm to Activate the Warranty.


After Confirm the warranty will move to "Under Warranty" Stage and Warranty history will be created.


Warranty Registration - Paid

In this form Register Warranty with Customer, Product and Serial No. Choose Warranty Type Paid for Paid Warranty. After Registration Click Confirm to Activate the Warranty.


After Confirming the warranty will move to "To Be Invoice" Stage and history will be created.


Created Invoice for warranty,Confirm it.


After the invoice confirm Warranty is now Activated


Warranty Registration Report.


Warranty Registration Mail sent to customer.


You can create One Warranty for each Product Serial No. It will not allow to create Duplicate Warranty for same Serial No.


Warranty Renewal

After registration you can renew it from Warranty Renewal Wizard.

Warranty Setting

You can configure the Email Notification period for Renewal of any Warranty. Also Setup Email Template for both Warranty Registration and Renewal Notification.


Warranty Claim

In this form Claim can be raised for a particular Product Serial No. Click Submit to Activate the Claim.


In Warranty Registration Form, Claim History will be automatically tracked.


In Configuration you can configure Claim Categories and Stages
