Purchasing Latest Price
Purchase order get lasted price of product by latest price on Supplier Invoice or Purchase Order (base on user's configuration)
To choose which latest price Purchase Order will get, you can config it in Purchase Setting
Guideline
Purchase: Setup how purchase order will get latest price

Purchasing
Purchase quotation will get unit price of selected product from the latest purchase order (regardless of supplier)

Supplier Invoice
Purchase quotation will get unit price of selected product from the latest posted supplier invoice (regardless of supplier)
Purchase Quotation: let create your purchase quotation. System will get latest price from latest Purchase Order or latest Supplier Invoice
It also warning user if they put the new unit price for product higher than the latest price.
And warned lines will be put on top of Purchase Order line for easy tracking and fixing
