Configure your UniqueID
Go to Users Preferences (At the upper right corner, click on your name) -> Select Preferences -> Enter your UniqueID to Configure Click2call.

You are just one click away!!
Just open any Contact/Customer/Vendor and click on the dial icon after the phone/mobile.


Go to Contact/Customer/Vendor and open any record. You will find the call icon after the phone or mobile field if you have entered any values. Just click on the call icon button and it will initialize the call! Yes, you heard it right. Just one click away!
Incoming Call Notification Directly in Odoo!!
Go to Users Preferences (At the upper right corner, click on your name) -> Select Preferences -> Enter your Account ID & User ID to Configure Incoming Call Notification.
So whenever your registered customer contact you, you get instantly notified directly in the odoo with their contact form link to easy accessibility and better service.
