Integrate with Invoicing and helps you to send the Invoice Details to your customer via WhatsApp.

Invoice WhatsApp Integration module provides an easy interface for sending the customers invoice details to their WhatsApp mobile number.

Work Flow: How it Works
Invoice Creation
  • Create the Invoice
  • Click the button "Send by WhatsApp" to send the invoice details.
Edit OR Send
  • After Clicking the button "Send by WhatsApp", a wizard pops-up here you can edit the message or directly send.
  • To send click the "Send" button, it will redirect you to the WhatsApp application.
Ready To Send
  • Click the "SEND" button to send the message.
Message Sent
  • Here the message is sent to the customer.
Message Logged in Chatter
  • Here the message is logged in the chatter for future reference.
