Group Products in Sale Order
There are scenarios when some of the items need to hide from customer along with their prices and quantity but yet to include them in sales,
have their impact on inventory at the time of delivery along with its cost to be hit in accounting books for margins and profits.
If you don't add products in SO then neither their quantity will be reduced from inventory at the time of delivery nor their prices will be
included in total sale price of SO.
Using this module, you can:
1. Add each and every product in SO regardless its service item or storable or consumable.
2. Add actual quantity and prices to have effect on total amount with taxes etc.
3. Yet hide everything from customer under the name of some generic item like Misc. or Fitting Services.
Add section in Sale Order
For the products which are not to be shown to the customer, click "Add section" and there will be a checkbox with it. Mark this checkbox to hide the items from customer.
All products listed under this section will appear as a single product to the user.
PDF of Sale Order
On clicking "print" from the sale order, a PDF will be downloaded, showing only the section name for products under such specific sections.
PDF of Invoice for Customer
Once the invoice is created from SO, all products listed under that specific section are grouped into a single product in invoice also.
