Online Petty Cash Requests
Employees can create petty cash requests to seek approval for cash disbursements from the website.
Online Petty Cash Adjustments
Managers or users can review and pay petty cash requests.

Multiple views, including Kanban, Tree, and Form views, provide users with different perspectives on petty cash-related data.

Request (Petty Cash -> Requests)
Employees can navigate to the "Requests" menu and create a new petty cash or loan request.
They fill in details such as the requested amount, type of petty cash or loan, reason, and any necessary
attachments.After entering the details, employees use the "Request Approval" button to submit the
request for approval.
If needed, users can cancel a petty cash request before or after approval using the "Cancel" button.
Supervisors or managers review pending requests and use the "Approve" button to approve them.
Adjustments (Petty Cash -> Adjustments)
Users can navigate to the "Adjustments" menu and create a new petty cash adjustment.
They fill in details such as the adjustment amount, related petty cash request, description, and any
necessary attachments.
After entering the details, users use the "Request Approval" button to submit the adjustment for
approval.
Supervisors or managers review pending adjustments and use the "Approve" button to approve them,
they can also reject adjustments before or after approval using the "Reject" button.
Types ( Configuration -> Petty Cash -> Petty Cash Types)
Users navigate to the "Petty Cash Types" menu.
They use the "Create" button to add a new petty cash type.
Fields such as the name and associated manager are filled in the form.
Once filled in, users use the "Save" button to save the changes.
Settings (Configuration -> Petty Cash -> Settings)
You can assign the duration for deadline date.
