Journal Entries Maker Approver kanak module allow to manage journal entry in between maker and Approver.
Key Features
Maker can Create the Journal Entry.
Approver can Post or Cancel the Journal Entry.
Create User(Maker)
- Navigate to the Invoicing and Click on Configuration.
- Then, Click on Settings.
- Create First user and enable Accounting Entries as Maker.
Create User(Approver)
- Create Second User and enable Accounting Entries as Approver.
Create Journal Entry
- Login as maker.
Click on Confirm
- Maker can only Create the JE not post or Cancel the Journal Entry.
Ready to Posted Status
- Once you Confirm the JE it will changes into Ready to posted State.
Approver can see the Ready to Posted State Journal Entry
- Login as Approver.
Approver Can Post or Cancel the Journal Entry
Posted Journal Entry
