Configure Categories Using a Form View or JsTree
To create a category, navigate to Contacts → Configuration → Categories. You can create, modify, or delete categories using either the form view or the JsTree.
When you click on the 'Category tags' submenu, you will be redirected to the form view.
If you click on the 'Category tags JsTree' submenu, you will be redirected to the JsTree tree.
Categorize Customers Using the JsTree
Select a contact and click on the Smart Category button. A window will appear, allowing you to assign categories to your contact.
Filter Customers by Category
You can filter your contacts by category to target specific groups for mailing.To do this, go to the Contacts list view and apply the necessary filters, as shown in the image below.
Create and Send Marketing Emails from Contact Lists
You can create and send mailings just as you would with the native Odoo module.
After clicking on the 'Email Marketing' submenu, a pop-up window will appear. This allows you to create or select a mailing list.
After clicking on the 'Create emailing' button, you will be redirected to the emailing form.
The 'Select mailing list' field will display the previously created or selected list.
