Odoo Purchase Order Barcode Scanner – Scan and Add Products to Order Lines
Easily manage purchase orders with the Odoo Purchase Order Barcode Scanner. Scan products using your mobile barcode or QR code scanner, and add them instantly to purchase order lines through the smart dashboard.
Scan products to add them to the order lines and increase their quantity. If an existing product is scanned, the last scanned product will be highlighted. If a product is not found, you will receive a notification with a sound alert.
Click on ‘Quick Scan’ to quickly scan products using our smart dashboard with multiple features.
Easily scan products in the dashboard. The last scanned product appears at the top, and if the product already exists, it will be highlighted in the existing lines table.
New lines have been successfully added to the purchase order from the dashboard.
With our smart dashboard, you can create new purchase orders or add to existing ones directly from your mobile phone.
Inventory Adjustment and Scrapping with Odoo Barcode Scanner
Easily manage inventory adjustments and product scrapping with our Odoo Inventory Barcode Scanner. Perform operations directly from your mobile using the Odoo Mobile Barcode Scanner and Odoo QR Code Scanner without needing extra hardware.
In Inventory Adjustment, simply select your stock location and click ‘Proceed’ to update the stock.
If the product is lot/serial tracked, you can assign the lot/serial number manually or by scanning it.
After successfully assigning a lot/serial.
For scrapping, select the company whose products you want to scrap, choose its stock location and scrap location, and simply click ‘Proceed’ to update the stock.
After successfully scrapping or performing an inventory adjustment, you will receive a notification confirming that the stock has been updated.
If your barcode is not scanned properly, you can manually enter the barcode number and click ‘Scan’ to add the product.
With your mobile, you can easily scan products during inventory adjustments and scrapping in our Smart Dashboard. Simply click ‘Scan Barcode’ to open the camera.
Easily assign a lot/serial number to a product using your mobile. Just click ‘Scan Lot’ and scan the product’s lot/serial to assign it.
Odoo Delivery Barcode Scanner – Manage Deliveries with Scanning
Quickly manage deliveries using the Odoo Delivery Barcode Scanner. Simply scan delivered quantities with your barcode scanner or QR code scanner to handle frequent deliveries efficiently.
When you scan deliveries, the quantity in the ‘Quantity’ column increases. If you scan more items than demanded, you will receive a notification with a sound alert. For lot/serial-tracked products, you will also get a notification with sound.
Odoo QR Code Generator – Generate Unique QR Codes for Products
Easily create unique QR codes for your products using the Odoo QR Code Generator. Generate and print QR code labels in any size for seamless product management.
Select the product for which you want to generate a QR code, then click ‘Generate QR’.
If the product already has a QR code and you want to overwrite it, enable ‘Overwrite Existing QR in Product’. If not, leave it disabled. Then click the ‘Generate QR’ button.
QR codes have been successfully generated for all products based on the sequence selected in the configuration.

Odoo Barcode & QR Code Settings – Configure Scanning and QR Code Generation
Easily configure scanning features in Odoo by selecting the fields to use during scanning, and set up QR code generation by choosing a sequence. This ensures smooth operation of your Odoo Barcode Scanner and Odoo QR Code Generator.
Select the ‘Scanning Based On’ field from which you want to scan products.
Configure a time delay (seconds) between two product scans on mobile devices.
Select ‘QR Sequence’ to generate product QR codes according to the chosen sequence. If you want QR codes to be created automatically when a new product is created, enable ‘Generate QR Code Automatically on New Product Creation’.
