Useless module, not working. Expecting the document to be available public and open URL, which is major security breach. Waste of money.

Plugin is not working as expecting open URL for the excel, and throwing file not found in the browser console. We cannot make the document URL public due to security and privacy constraints

Can this module see the uploaded documents on the form??

or a widget?

Currently the file preview only works when viewing files that have been uploaded in the chatter.

We did however previously develop a Binary widget for use on Binary fields on form views, which works similar to the 'pdf_viewer' widget included in Odoo.

If you were to purchase the module, then we would be happy to add this feature into the module.

If you are using a many2many attachments field on your form view, then the office preview feature will work if you have a module for previewing files from many2many attachments.

If you have any other questions, feel free to get in contact with us via our website, https://www.leaneasy.co.uk/contactus.

Thanks

Lean Easy
