Create Sales Quotation from Point of Sale
This module facilitates users to create sales quotation from Point of Sale module. Point of sale usually opens a window for Business to Customer transactions, by this facility you can create quotation from the point of sale. Overview
Sales Quotation is a basic step in every business. In a business that deals with both business to business and Business to customer. This module can allow you to create quote from your POS window. A user can easily create and access a quote from Point of sale. Without any configuration this module will directly allows to keep an option for Quotation from Point of Sale.
Configuration and Features

Install the module. Open a point of Sale Session. You will find a button to 'Create SO'.

As normal process add your required items to cart. Select a customer. Click on the 'Create SO' button, a wizard for providing the delivery date of the quotation. Provide the delivery date and click on Create order

Once you click on create order you will receive a message box with your Quotation number

When you click on the default option in version 15 that is Quotation/Order you can see the Quote created.

From Sales module also we can find the same quotation which was generated from Point of Sale. Which we can process from the Sales module if required

If you want to process the Quote from the Point of Sale. Click on Quotation/Order option. Click on the order. You will get two options either you can 'Settle the order' or you can 'Apply a downpayment'to process that order.

You can filter the quotation by 'Created from POS is true' and you can view the quotes that are created from Point of Sale module.
