Auto maintenance request generator
- Limitation of Existing one: As standard the maintenance module only allows us to schedule one type of maintenance per piece of equipment.
- Using this module you can add piece of equipment for different types of maintenance in a list format and remove the existing preventative maintenance fields.
- A new maintenance request should be automatically generated days before the next due date.
- Once that maintenance request is completed it should update the last date field and recalculate the next due date automatically.
- From the maintenance request list view Action button for create POâs for the subcontract jobs by using the Vendor and product set on the equipment maintenance line.
- If there are multiple lines selected with the same vendor then one RFQ/PO should be created per vendor.
- You can Create a PO for vendor and Make quick process.
- Comapatible with community and enterprise both version.
Key Features
Auto maintenance request generator
Here you can define name, frequency, new request generation days for equipment.
Using this module you can add piece of equipment for different types of maintenance in a list format and remove the existing preventative maintenance fields.
Here auto created maintenance request using the cron job based on the day of execution.A new maintenance request should be automatically generated days before the next due date.
