Video setting for VOIP (ver. 1.0.3)

Extends the VOIP app with switching video cam setting.

Switch to any active video camera device

Now you can switch you video device and it will be used as default one.

Extending the default settings of your VOIP app

After selecting desired device, it will be used as default whenever Live Meeting will run

I migrated to 16 and I miss this functionality because had to uninstall when we migrated.

If you release your 16 version (or 17) I will purchase it (rather 17 at this time), unless Odoo added this to 17.
