manaTec Timesheet Templates
Our module for the standardization of your time recording entries
Our Time Recording Entries by Category module standardizes the time recording entries in Odoo. It offers you the possibility to categorize the description texts of the time entries and to select them from a list later in the tickets and tasks.
By using our module you will benefit from the following features:
- Extension of the configuration menu in the Timesheets module for the definition of categories and descriptions
- Assignment of standardized descriptions to a category
- Selection of standardized descriptions when creating an entry in time recording in the Helpdesk and Project modules
Access Rights

The group "Timesheet / Administrator" is able to read, write, create and delete timesheets templates, while the group "Timesheets / User" is only able to read and use the existing timesheet templates.
Configuration

Navigate to the Timesheet Module and find under Configuration the option to create a Timesheet Entry Template Category and Timesheet Entry Template:
To use our module Time Recording Entries by Category, the following modules must be installed: Timesheets and Project.
