manaFSM+manaTour: Integration Module
Seamlessly connect Tour Planning with Customer Coordination
Direct Overview over Coordination from Tour Planning
When planning a tour of several field service tasks, it's important to know whether the customers along the route have confirmed they're available at that time. With this module, the scheduling state from the manaFSM module is displayed directly in the tour list as an easily readable icon. This way, one can see whether the coordination mail needs to be sent, has been sent or if the customer has confirmed or declined.
Easy Mass Mailing of Scheduling Mails
After having planned a field service tour, it's possible to send out the scheduling coordination mail directly from the tour planning interface. This creates and sends all the coordination mails at once, smartly selecting the recipients to ensure service times which have already been confirmed are not asked to be confirmed again.
Seamless Editing Feedback and Automation
When a tour is re-scheduled, so that the arrival times at the customers have to change, it automatically detects whether this shift exceeds the limits set for the coordination state. If any task which has been confirmed changes in timing to a greater degree than allowed, a warning is displayed directly in the wizard that this invalidates the customer's confirmation. When saving the new schedule, any affected tasks have their coordination state automatically reset, so that a new mail can be sent.
