Vendor Statement
In the "Vendor Statement" module, users can access account statements for any customer by selecting the 'View' button. They have the flexibility to filter records by days or months for precise viewing. Additionally, users can generate PDF versions of these statements by simply choosing the 'Export PDF' option, providing versatile document output for financial analysis and record-keeping.

To enable "Use Outstanding Statements" access User Settings and activate the toggle switch for this feature.
In the Accounting section's Customer menu, select a customer from the list view, then click 'Vendor Outstanding Statements' in the Actions menu.
In the 'Vendor Outstanding Statements' pop-up, choose the aging method like "Age by Days". Then, click the 'View' button.
Users will have visibility into the 'Statements of Account' organized by days.
