Select Time-Off Configuration:
Click on "Time-off Configuration" to set the default allocation of permission hours for each department.
Automatic Scheduler Activity:
The system automatically triggers a scheduler to generate fixed permissions for staff in each department at the beginning of the month.
Daily Scheduler Trigger:
The scheduler runs daily at a specified time to report department-wise staff lateness, including hours and minutes of excess time.
Detailed Report Generation:
The system generates a detailed report of lateness history and differences in hours for each department. A default message is included to explain reductions in permissions to staff.
Employee Profile and Calendar View:
Employees can visit their profile to view allocated leaves and permissions in a calendar view, providing detailed information on their available leaves and permissions and the reasons for any adjustments.
If a specific employee visits their profile to check allocated leaves and permissions, the system will display them in a calendar view along with detailed information on available leaves and permissions. This enables employees to track their availability on their own and understand the reasons behind it.
