Import Purchase Order Menu

Import Purchase order using xls/csv file

  • File Type

    1. XLS File:- Upload xls file.
    2. CSV File:- Upload CSV file.

  • Operation Perform

    1. Operation

      • Create:- It will create new Purchase order.
      • Update:- It will Update existing Purchase order.

    2. Sequence Take By

      • XLS/CSV File:- Purchase order sequence number will be taken from file.
      • Default:- Purchase order sequence number will be system generated.

  • Search By

    1. Customer By

      • Name:- It will search customer by Name.
      • Mobile:- It will search customer by Mobile.
      • E-mail:- It will search customer by E-mail.

    2. Product By

      • Internal Ref:- It will search Product by Internal Ref.
      • Name:- It will search Product by Name.
      • Barcode:- It will search Product by Barcode.
