Receive Product Per PO Line
This module will enable Odoo users to receive the products per PO line. It means users can enter the actual number of products received by editing the quantities in PO lines. You can go to the particular PO line and edit the product quantity that you are receiving. This feature will allow you to edit the order quantity even after you confirmed the PO. You will have multiple receipts as you receive the products in parts. The Open PO Line feature helps in getting a complete insight into the exact received and order quantity.

Receive Product Per PO Line : User Guide
Confirm Purchase Order
Create and confirm RFQ, it will convert into PO.
Edit the Product Quantity
Go to Orders >> Open PO Line, here you will see all the confirmed purchase orders products.
Select the ones you want to edit and then click on Action Button.
Here you will see the Quantity to Receive option. Click on the button.
Now you can see the editable PO lines, where you can edit the received quantity. Then press on the Received button.
Get a clear View Of Ordered and Received Products
Once you click on the Receive button, you will again see the PO lines. You can see the Ordered and received quantities. Also, the same can be viewed from the Purchase Order.
Again you can receive the other products or the remaining quantities by repeating the same process. Go to Orders >> Open PO Line and edit the received quantity.
See multiple Receipts for a Single PO
Once you receive all the products, but in parts, you will see the receipt for each order you received.
Get the transfer history in the Chatter
When you go to each Receipt, you can see the product transfer history.
