Odoo Advanced Print Cheque / Odoo Imprime Chèque
Odoo Imprime cheque is an Odoo module, that simplifies the management of your cheques. It allows you to
print cheques using your standard printer. You will have clean and very legible cheques. No more errors
in the written amount or in the beneficiaries, no more cross-outs; you will have presentable checks for
your vendors.
You won't need to change the printer you already have or acquire a dedicated printer for check printing.
Tracking issued checks, checkbooks, statistical reports, electronic document management are among this
module's features, and much more.
Features
Issued cheques. (Chèques èmis)
Supports all bank templates.Global management of issued checks including: cheque number, cheque status, and cheque stages (in circulation, debited, cancelled, or rejected) with a color code. Management and tracking of checkbooks (Carnets de Chèques)
Management of certified check requests (Chèque de banque) with printing of the request according to the bank's template (Optional)
Supplier payments
Ability to directly edit/print a cheque from a supplier payment. Which mean a direct link between supplier payments and issued checks.Account Manager will directly print cheque from supplier invoice and payment records.
Account Manager can print list of cheque details with date range and print list of cheque details.
Received Cheques (Optional)
Management and tracking of received cheques with a color code based on the status of the check (received, deposited at the bank, cashed, or rejected).Printing of the endorsement on the back of the check.
Management and tracking of check deposits with printing of the deposit according to the bank's template.
Other options
Very easy cheque attributes layout management on the cheque image (WYSIWYG, drag & drop, crop).Unlimited bank accounts.
Management of related attachments (invoices, documents, etc.)
Manage easily the history of each issued cheque with various details like Issue cheque number, vendor name/issued to, date, amount, etc.
Bank Cheque Configuration.
Configuring Bank Cheque Template & adding cheque attributes
Create Issued Cheque.
Account Manager can create Outgoing cheque.
On payment form, click on print cheque button to register outgoing cheque.
Printing Issued Cheque.
Account Manager can either preview Outgoing cheque or print directly the current cheque.
