LinkedIn Integration connector
Nowaday Linkedin is the world's largest social networking site for building professional networks. It is the best platform for finding a deserving job, recruiting the most suitable candidate, posting and reading inspirational articles, and so on.
Techultra developed a LinkedIn Integration app to connect your odoo with Linkdln. It allows you to manage your LinkedIn account from odoo with an authorized login Member Account Page & Company Page. You can share recruitment posts, attractive article posts, Image posts, your company's work culture and success stories, connect with job seekers, and share about your products and services.

1. Working Process
Download and Install
Download using given link
https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/odoo_linkedin/
After download, install the app
2. Linkedin Credential
Follow All steps to get a linkedin credential to connect linkedin with odoo.
Step 1:
First step is go to Linkdln developer account using given link
https://www.linkedin.com/developers/apps
Now login
Step 2
After login click on create App
3. Create app
Now create an app
Fill all given field here like, app name, Linkedin account link, privacy policy, and logo
After filling everything,
☑check I have read and agree to these terms
Now click on create app

4. In next page you will see products, here click on request an access
5. Credential
To see credential click on Auth here, you can see Application credential
6. Configuration
Now, it is the time for configuration.
After getting credential, now go to setting → recruitment → Linkedin Credential Here add username and password.
7. Create Provider
Now open Setting → user and Companies → Oauth providers → Create new Provider
Refer Image,
Add all details as given below
Provider Name, Body, Authentication URL, Validation URL & Data URL Details When you install Module Default Added.
Enter Your LinkedIn Client ID.
Enter Your LinkedIn Client Secret Key
8. Share Post
After you've created your provider, it's time to share your first post on LinkedIn. Go to the recruitment module, where you can see all available open positions. Select your job position to share on LinkedIn.
Click on 3 dot here you will see Edit button.
9. When you click the Edit button, you will be sent to the job posting page.
10. Share Text Post on member account & Company account
You may use this to create and share text posts on linkedIn directly from Odoo. here you need to select the post type as Share post(Radio button), below write your texts which you want to share
The next step to share post in account
Share on Member account → Click on Share post(tab) to share in a member account.

When you open linkedIn, you will see a post shared by the Member account from Odoo.
12. Share on Company account → Click on Share Organization post(tab) to share in company account.

When you open linkedIn, you will see a post shared by the Company account from Odoo.
14. Stage change
Before publishing, the stage was "Recruitment in Process," but once you post on LinkedIn, it will change to "Posted."
15. When you will post a new button delete post will appear by which you can delete that shared post from linkedIn
16. After Deleting post, a new button Share to draft will appear on screen, it will help you to send this post in draft.
17. Share Job Article Post On Member Account and Company Account.
Our next feature is the ability to share article type posts on linkedIn. You can use this functionality to share Job articles from Odoo to LinkedIn.
To share this article, please follow the steps below,
Select Post Type as Share Article.
Enter Your Job URL.
Enter Your Job Image URL.
Enter Your Job Title
Share on Member accountâ Click on Share Article(tab) to share in a member account.
18. Post in LinkedIn
When you open linkedIn, you will see an article shared by the member account from Odoo.
19. Share on Member account → Click on Share article organization(tab) to share in a company account.
To do this, simply fill out all of the details and then click on âShare article organizationâ.

When you open linkedIn, you will see an article shared by the Company account from Odoo.
21. Share Multiple Image Post On Member Account and company account
Our third option, Share image post, allows you to share multiple picture posts from Odoo to LinkedIn.
Make sure you configure the following Valid Details:
Choose Post Type as Share Image post.
Fill your text in the Job Description Field.
The image should be in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
Attach Your Image In Attachment (In log note)
Click On “Share image” to share in member accounts
