OE Google Maps (Odoo 15)

Registers a community map view type and a base view_res_partner_map so modules that plot records by latitude/longitude (fleet/asset tracking) install and resolve their dependency on Community Odoo. Set the API key in System Parameter google_maps_view_api_key. Successor to the legacy web_google_maps.
