Key Features
Share orders, invoices, and transfers by WhatsApp in one click
One-click WhatsApp
Send from the document you are already working on — no copy-paste of phone numbers from another screen.
Sales & purchase ready
Works on quotations, confirmed sales orders, RFQs, and confirmed purchase orders with wording that fits the situation.
Invoices & bills
Customer invoices, credit notes, vendor bills, and vendor credits get the same quick path to WhatsApp.
Inventory transfers
Deliveries, goods receipts, and internal moves include product lines in the message for the warehouse contact.
Expected delivery
Outgoing deliveries mention the expected delivery time from the transfer so customers know when to expect goods.
PDF link in the message
Each message ends with a link to open the same PDF report you would print from Odoo, so nothing is retyped by hand.
Friendly opening lines
Greetings adapt to quotations, confirmed orders, deliveries, invoices, and more so the first lines read professional on mobile.
Smart phone field
Uses the contact phone on the document and helps format international numbers using the country on the contact when needed.
Chatter reminder
After you click WhatsApp, a short note is added on the document so colleagues see that a message was prepared.
