Description

Managing budgets is an essential part of running a business. Budgets help people become more intentional about how money is spent and direct people to organize and prioritize their work to meet financial goals.

This module allows creating and defining budget positions and adding items to select the accounts linked to the budget. The project managers can set the planned amount on each Analytic Account, Once the budgets are defined (in Invoicing/Budgets/Budgets). Also, the accountant can see the total amount planned for each budget to ensure the total planned is not greater/lower than what he planned for this budget. Also, it allows viewing each list of records in the form of a graphical view.

Reports

This module provides three reports:

1. The spreading for the Budgets, of the Analytic Accounts, from a list of Budgets.
2. Summary of the previous one. It only provides the spreading, for the selected Budgets, of the Analytic Accounts.
3. The spreading for the selected Analytic Accounts of Budgets from the Analytic Chart of Accounts.
