The Okta OAuth2 Login for Odoo module enables seamless and secure user authentication in Odoo using Okta credentials. By integrating with Oktaâs OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols, this module allows users to log in through a trusted enterprise identity provider, eliminating the need for local passwords and enhancing security. Upon login, users are redirected to Oktaâs secure authentication interface, and after successful verification, they are either logged into an existing Odoo account or automatically registered using profile details such as their name and email address. This integration is ideal for businesses and organizations that use Okta for centralized identity management, offering a streamlined Single Sign-On (SSO) experience and supporting secure token-based authentication flows within Odoo.
