"Calculate and Draw Employees Headcount by Month, Quarter and Year"

Description
This module facilitates HR staff work as it counts the working employees in the company during specific period of time in terms of month, quarter and year. Additionaly it draws bar chart graphs for each period.

Key Features
Under "Employees" module >> Add "Headcount" [new menu]
Under "Headcount" menu >> Add three menu items as follows:

- By Quarter
- By Year
When click on any of the previous menu items, a bar chart is drawn to describe the headcount
Add four group by options to "Favourites" as follows:
- Month & Department
- Month & Gender
- Month & Job
- Month & Nationality
