With this integration, businesses can handle their entire parcel management process directly from the Inventory or Sales module in Odoo. It simplifies order fulfillment, accelerates parcel processing, and enhances accuracy in shipment tracking, all within a single system.
With this integration, users can:
- Create Pathao shipments directly from delivery orders
- Automatically synchronize parcel status updates
- Access real-time tracking information from within Odoo
- Generate and print Pathao shipping labels

Installation & Configuration Steps
1.Purchase and Download:Purchase the Pathao Courier Integration module from the Odoo App Store and download the ZIP file.
2.Extract Module Folder:Extract the downloaded file to obtain the folder named pathao_courier_integration.
3.Upload to Custom Add-ons:Place the pathao_courier_integration folder inside your custom add-ons directory within your Odoo instance.
4.Activate Developer Mode:Log in to your Odoo backend and enable Developer Mode.
5.Update App List:Navigate to Apps â Update App List, then refresh the list to detect the new module.
6.Install the Module:Search for Pathao Courier Integration in the Apps menu and click Install.
7.Restart Odoo Server:After the installation is complete, restart your Odoo server to apply the changes.
8.API Configuration:Navigate to the installed module and configure the necessary API credentials, as provided by Pathaoâs Merchant API.

Business Process flow Document
1.Create Sales Order:Initiate a new sales order from the Sales module.
2.Add Products:Select and add the desired products to the order line.
3. Add Shipping Method:Choose the appropriate shipping method, such as Pathao Courier, from the available options.
4.Get Shipping Rate:Click on Get Rate to retrieve real-time shipping charges based on the order details.
5.Confirm Sales Order:Review and confirm the sales order to proceed with fulfillment.
6.Validate Delivery Order:Navigate to the Delivery tab and validate the order to initiate the shipping process.
7.Track Shipment:Use the provided tracking link or reference to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
