Generate Patient Card report with barcode and without barcode.

Click on “Create” button to create the Patients Registration.
Enter the necessary patient’s details manually. Then, click on the Save button.
Click on the Patient Card button to take the patient’s report.
If the “With Barcode” check box is not selected, user can download the Patient’s sample report without barcode.
