Go to Payroll → Configuration → Salary Rules, select the relevant salary rule, and set the Salary Expense Account as the Debit Account and the employee's Payable Account as the Credit Account.Mark 'is_net_salary' for set rule as NET Salary Rule.
Navigate to Payroll > Payslips, select a payslip, compute the salary amount, confirm it to automatically post the accounting entry, and click to be redirected to the entry.
Here is your Accounting Entry.
You will see the Salary Expenses reflected in the Profit and Loss report.
Redirect to selected payslip and click 'Register Payment' Button.
Click 'Validate' Button.
Payment generated successfully! To proceed with the payment, click the 'Payment' button.
Here is your payment of selected payslip.Click the 'Journal Entry' button for redirect to the Journal Entry.
Here is your Journal Entry of payment.
The entries have been accurately settled into the general ledger
Please navigate to the Payslip Batches, select any batch, Confirm the payslips and then click on 'Register Payment'.
Payments for all payslips in the batch have been successfully registered.
