Complete Workflow for Manage Instant Sale Order To Purchase Order Converter
First, install and activate the "Instant Sale Order To Purchase Order Converter" module. After installation, go to the Sales module and open any Quotation or Sale Order. Click on the Create Purchase Order button to open the wizard. In the wizard, select the Vendor, choose or modify Products, and adjust quantities and prices as needed. You can also choose whether to create an RFQ or a confirmed Purchase Order. Once confirmed, the system will generate the Purchase Order instantly, making the procurement process faster and more efficient.
Instant Sale Order To Purchase Order Converter
1. Go to Sales → Orders → Quotations / Sale Orders
2. Open any Sale Order and click on Create Purchase Order button.
3. A wizard will open where you can select the Vendor and manage products.
4. Adjust Quantity and Price as needed before creating the order.
5. Choose to create either an RFQ or a confirmed Purchase Order and proceed.
6. Use the Check icon to quickly select all products in the Sale Order.
7. Selected products from the Sale Order are automatically carried into the wizard for Purchase Order creation.
8. Upon clicking Create Purchase Order, the generated Purchase Order opens with a reference to the originating Sale Order.
9. A smart button is available on the Quotation/Sale Order form to display the total number of related Purchase Orders.
