Terms/Policies/Procedures Management with multilevel approvals
This is simple and efficient Policies' management module with approvals. In this module policy officers' users are able to create policies and procedures with multilevel approval process and pre-defined templates

User will able to create terms and policies here with predefined category and template, categories will bring by default defined approvers, after preparation he can request for approval
defined approver only can approve or refuse the document, User can see the status who is approved who is refused
If all users approved the document, then it will go to approved stage

Procedures also has a same approval process with defined categories and templates
If any of the user refused the request then it will immediately go to refused state
User can print the terms and conditions and procedures using print button
