Automatic Select Lot from POS

It prioritizes lots based on their expiry date (earliest expiry gets picked first), which helps in applying FIFO logic and reduces manual selection by the cashier.

Feature Section

  • Auto-selection of lot/serial in POS when selling stockable products with tracking.
  • Picks the lot with the earliest expiration date automatically.
  • Can restrict to load lots that are in the default location only.
  • Can restrict to load lots where the expiry date has not passed X days.

How to Use

  • To Add Or Edit Lot\Serial Number Manual or Automatic In POS.
  • You can set limit of expiry days by lot.
  • 1 - If checkbox "Automatic select Lot\Serial Number" is NOT checked:
  • Lots\Serial Numbers belonging to the product are sorted by Expiration date if available.
  • Lots\Serial Numbers selected in orderline.
  • Lots\Serial Numbers selected in orderline Backend.
  • Lots\Serial Numbers selected in picking Backend.
  • 2 - If checkbox "Automatic select Lot\Serial Number" is checked:
  • Picks the lot with the earliest expiration date automatically.
  • If product does not have enough quantity in Lots\Serial Numbers.
  • Lots\Serial Numbers automatically selected in orderline Backend.
  • Lots\Serial Numbers automatically selected in picking Backend.
  • 3 - If checkbox "Print Lot\Serial Number in receipt" is checked:
