POS Restrict price control to user and pos managers

By default odoo has the option to restrict change the price to pos users (cashiers) but some times may want that even managers or admin can not modify prices so this module restrict to change prices for both users and managers

On settings set true on Price control

If a cashier (pos user) or Manager try to edit a line price it is not allowed
