1. Sync & Import Products
Fetch your Printify stores and import products. The connector automatically creates Odoo products with correct variants, costs, images, and all necessary IDs for mapping.
2. Odoo Order Confirmed
A customer places an order on your Odoo-powered site, or you create a Sales Order manually. You click "Confirm".
3. Automated Push to Printify
The connector instantly sends the order to Printify with the correct variant ID and shipping address. No manual entry needed.
4. Bi-Directional Status Sync
As Printify updates the order (e.g., "in-production"), a scheduled action automatically updates the status back in the Odoo Sales Order.
5. Automated Fulfillment
When Printify ships the order, the connector fetches the tracking number, populates it in Odoo, and automatically validates the Delivery Order.

What do I need to get started?
You need an Odoo instance (Supported versions 14.0+) and a Printify account. From Printify, you will need to generate a free API Token in your account settings.
Is this the only Printify connector for Odoo?
Yes. As of its release, this is the only publicly available, direct integration for Odoo that provides this level of bi-directional automation with Printify.
How often does the status sync run?
By default, the scheduled action runs once every hour to check for status updates on active orders. This interval can be adjusted by a system administrator in Odoo's technical settings.
What if I have custom fields on my sales order?
The connector uses standard Odoo fields for addresses and products. It does not interfere with any custom fields you may have. If you require a custom field to be sent to Printify, this would be a custom development request, which we support.
Are there any other costs involved?
The only cost is the one-time purchase of this module. Your standard Odoo hosting and your Printify account (which includes the costs of the products you sell) are separate. This connector adds no other fees.
