Private Email Communication for Internal User Access Only
This app is helps user to communicate internally without interrupting other followers, private email only visible to sender and recipient. This is normally use for internal Confidential email communication or message communication.After installed this app user will have option to make mail as private which doesn't send email/message to all followers of document, it only send mail to all internal user for private access. All private message access is also private on portal, it won't be access from the portal.
Send Private Email and Message
User can send private email to internal user then other followers or user can not notify and see this internal email.
Private Email Reply
Reply of email will also private, only sender and receiver can see internal email.
Private email on Portal Account
On portal account user can view and send private message.Also private email can not be visible to other users and customer from the portal too.
Description
Send Private Email
User can send internal Private message to selected recipient by enable "Private Message Send" on email compose wizard.
User will received email as private email.
When user reply to private email it will be also private.
Portal Message Chatter
Recipient and sender only can see private email message.
Other followers can not see private email.
Message Followers
Private message visible to only recipient and followers not all followers.
Other followers can not see private email.
