The Product MRP (Market Retail Price) app allows you to configure and manage the retail price of products directly within ERP. Once installed, you can set the MRP while configuring each product

- Why use this app?
When creating a Purchase Order, you can add the MRP for each product in the order line. This MRP will automatically appear in the Purchase Order, Vendor Bill, and the downloaded Vendor Bill PDF, ensuring transparency with your suppliers.
During Sales Order creation, you can add the product along with its MRP. Once the sale is confirmed, the MRP will also appear in the Customer Invoice and the downloaded Invoice PDF, allowing customers to clearly see the productâs retail price.
The MRP feature is designed to avoid confusion for both customers and sellers by making the Market Retail Price visible across all key business documents. This ensures smooth transactions and helps maintain compliance with retail pricing rules.
With this app, businesses can maintain clarity, consistency, and trust in their product pricing across the entire supply chain from purchasing to selling.
First, navigate to the Sales module and open the Products menu. Then, create a new product to configure its MRP (Market Retail Price).
Go ahead and open the Purchase module.
Now, create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and add the product along with its MRP and corresponding MRP price.
After completing your purchase order, please proceed to the Vendor Bills section.
Now you can view the product MRP along with its price directly in the vendor bill.
After generating the vendor bill, you will be able to view both the MRP unit and the MRP price.
Please navigate to the Sales module.
Create a sales order and specify the unit MRP along with the corresponding MRP price.
After completing your sales order, the unit and unit price will be displayed on the customer invoice.
After generating the customer invoice, you will be able to view the MRP unit and its corresponding MRP price.
