MCP is an open protocol that lets AI assistants (like Claude and Cursor) connect to tools and data. This module runs an MCP server inside Odoo—similar in spirit to RAG Odoo MCP Server—so clients can call specialized access-management tools (menus, buttons, fields, model blocks, etc.) while acting as your configured Odoo user.
Install the module then connect your client or use the Access assistant inside Odoo.
Yes. Add two MCP server blocks in Claude (e.g. rag-odoo-demo and rag-odoo-prod), each with the same Odoo URL. Each database has its own API key from Settings → RAG Odoo MCP Server.
MCP is a standard protocol, so yes you can use any LLM you want and we will be happy to help you with that.
