Sales Order Price Change

In the Sales Order module of Odoo, users are unable to directly change or edit the total order amount. Instead, the total is automatically derived from the sum of individual product prices, quantities, and any relevant taxes or discounts applied.

Configuration

Open your Odoo ERP System ▶ Apps ▶ Search Module ▶ Install

Usage

Once the installation is completed, open the Sales app. Then, either create a new quotation order and add products to it or choose an existing one. While doing this, you'll come across a checkbox that says "Need Change Total?" tick this checkbox to change the total price.

Enter the revised total amount into the "Expected Total" field and then click on the "UPDATE TOTAL AMOUNT" button.

All right, by following these steps will result in a modified total amount, and the product prices will automatically adjust based on their previous prices and the new total amount.
