Disciplinary Action
Register disciplinary actions against employees. Define types and severity levels of violations. Assign responsible HR personnel to manage each case. Notify concerned parties via chatter and email. Attach relevant evidence or documents. Record investigation results and action taken. Integration with employee records and HR reporting. Status tracking (e.g., Draft, Confirmed, Done, Cancelled). Configurable action templates and reasons for repeat use. Audit trail for all modifications and decisions.
