This module makes it easy to send bank details along with the sale order in a PDF file. You just add the bank details, and configure the settings once, and the bank details will be automatically included when sending the quotation. You also can send bank details with the sales order in a pdf format.

Go to contacts configurations ==> click on Bank menu ==> Add bank details.
You can see bank account details inside the company Bank Accounts Details tab.
In the sale order, you can see the bank details button inside the print button.

In the sales setting tick the Send Bank Details option for sending pdf by email.
In the sales quotation click on the Send By Email button.
In the wizard, select the bank account and the pdf with bank details attached and click on the send button.
Email sent with the attachments.
You can see the attached PDF file in the attachments tab of the email.
You can see the sent email attachments in the sale order chatter as PDF attachments.
