Quotation Price Approval Based On Pricelist
This module allows to set approval levels based on the pricelist for quotation/sale order. You have to set a different price for a different pricelist so after some pricelist limit that quotation needs the approval of the next salesperson. They get email notifications as well pop-up notifications about orders that waiting for approval.
For example, User A pricelist sets to 150 & User B pricelist set to 100. So User A can confirm quotation only if the price is 150 or greater than 150 if User A tries to confirm quotation of price 100 then this quotation goes to the next salesperson let's say User B and User B can confirm this quotation and then sale order is created. So when the maximum amount reduces that needs to next level approval.

Notes
- If the user has a sales "Administrator" group access then that user can confirm any sale order/ quotation.
- User must have "Own Documents Only" or "All Documents" group access only.
- It displays the approval quotations list to the user who has access of the "All Documents" group.
Apply the "All Documents" group to a salesperson.
Now apply different pricelists to different users (salesperson).
After that you have to set a different price for a different pricelist.
Now create a quotation.
It shows an alert when the maximum amount reduces.
Now we confirm the quotation.
After some pricelist limit that quotation needs the approval of the next salesperson.
Salesperson gets a notification when orders in the waiting for approval stage.
The salesperson gets an email notification for an approval order that looks like this.
It displays the approval quotations list in the "Pending Order Approvals" menu.
When some pricelist limit that quotation needs the approval of the next salesperson.
When finally confirm quotation by the main salesperson then sale order is created.
