Signzy Integration(Aadhar, PAN, Aadhar-PAN Link & GST Verification)
Signzy Integration (Aadhar, PAN, Aadhar-PAN Link & GST Verification) Module seamlessly integrates Signzy's verification services into Odoo. This module enables businesses to validate Aadhar, PAN, Aadhar-PAN linkage, and GST details directly from Odoo, ensuring compliance and reducing manual verification efforts.
Signzy Integration Configuration
Navigate to the Settings and click on the General Settings menu.
Go to the Signzy Integration section and activate the Signzy Configuration.
Enter the Token and Select the Environment as UAT.
Aadhar Verification
In Settings, activate Enable Aadhar Verification to verify the Aadhar Card number.
Navigate to Employees and Enter the details.
In the Private Information tab, enter the Aadhar Card number.
PAN Verification
In Settings, activate Enable PAN Verification to verify the PAN number.
Just like the Aadhar Card number, go to Employees, and in the Private Information tab, enter the PAN number for verification.
Aadhar-PAN Linkage Verification
In Settings, activate Enable Aadhar-PAN Linkage Verification to verify the linkage between Aadhar and PAN.
If the Aadhar card number and PAN number are linked, this boolean will be set to True.
GSTIN Verification
In Settings, activate Enable GSTIN Verification to verify the GSTIN number.
Navigate to Contacts, and in the contact form, enter the GSTIN number for verification.
Fetching GSTIN Details from the Portal
In Settings, enable Auto-Fetching of GSTIN Details to automatically retrieve GSTIN information from the portal. This option becomes available once GSTIN Verification is enabled.
Upon successful verification of the GSTIN number, the system will automatically retrieve the relevant details from the portal.
