Overview
After confirming a sale order, a log note is created documenting the action, including the date, user, and order details. It updates the order status, records any modifications made, and may note approvals if required. The log note ensures transparency and provides a clear audit trail of the order's lifecycle.
Key Features
Get log for each and every changes done once the change SO is cancelled and Set to Draft.
For Every changes , User needs to enter the change reason. This gives you the clear view on why the SO changes done by the User.
Can see the field wise history on changes done on Products, Unit price, Quantity,Taxes & Sub-Total as well.
The system automatically clears the 'REASON' field upon saving a Sale Order (SO) and logs the changes reason in the SO history.
