The module adds a Create User action to Contacts, opens a guided wizard, and creates linked Odoo users from one contact or a bulk selection.
Start from any contact that has an email address. The contact name and email are used as the source data for the new Odoo user.
Open the action menu on a contact form and click Create User. This lets the user create an account without leaving the contact record.
The wizard fills the selected contact automatically. Choose the access group, set an initial password, then create or update the linked user.
After creation, the generated user can log in with the configured access. Portal users land on their website account with the same partner identity.
The same action also works from the Contacts list view. Select multiple contacts and run Create User once to process them together.
For bulk creation, all selected contacts appear in the wizard. Assign the access group and password once, then create linked users for the whole selection.
